Alliance of Twelve
this was the original name of the leadership structure of the Peace Brigade, formed from twelve beings who wished to see some portion of the galaxy survive the Yuuzhan Vong invasion. Over time, more and more members were added to the Alliance, which eventually became the Ylesian Senate.
