Lo-Farr, Brann
this aging man owned and operated the Lower Deck, found on the Port City levels of Cloud city, during the height of the Galactic Civil War. Just after the Battle of Hoth, Lo-Farr was forced to try and save the Lower Deck from the predations of Jabba the Hutt, who wanted to take over the cantina for his own designs. Luckily for Lo-Farr, a group of former comrades managed to alert the Wing Guard to Jabba's plans, and arranged for the remaining balance on the Lower Deck's mortgage to be paid off.
