this man served as the commanding officer of the Alliance's Eyrie Base during the height of the Galactic Civil War. At the time, he held the rank of Colonel. He made the rest of the base very happy when he finally managed to ship Commander Biros Baran off to a desk job on an Alliance safeworld.
