Zubindi Ebsuk
this Kubaz chef worked for Beldorion, during the Hutt's early years on Nam Chorios. Zubindi was adept at genetically and hormonally manipulating insects, forcing them to grow many times larger than their normal size. This provided the Hutt with a ready supply of large, fleshy insects for appetizers or full meals. It was Zubindi who discovered how to grow drochs to larger sizes, and this discovery led to the emergence of Dzym as a power on Nam Chorios. Zubindi died soon after, when Dzym understood the power he wielded and used the Kubaz as a search of life energy.
