Hawra
this Imperial Captain served as the commander of the security forces protecting the Imperial outpost on Lotide. While cheerful and outgoing to most appearances, Hawra was known as one of the Empire's most ruthless officers. He rose to his position by stepping over those who underestimated him. He was also quite paranoid and quite corrupt, and would stop at nothing to ensure his own safety.
