The Rumors Awaken: January 8, 2015

It's a busy time for Star Wars: The Force Awakens news and rumors, and sometimes smaller stories fall through the cracks. This is TFN's look at The Force Awakens stories you might have missed.
- The Wrap is backing a report that first originated on the website Twitch which says that Indonesian film stars and martial artists Iko Uwais, Yayan Ruhian, and Cecep Arif Rahman have roles in the movie. Slashfilm has sources suggesting that "one of the film’s action sequences might have been choreographed by the team," while TheWrap heard that one of their characters will not survive the film.
- Making Star Wars tells us things about one of BB-8's hidden features.
- Jedi News claims that movie merchandise will begin hitting shelves on September 4.
- Back to Making Star Wars again: They agree that September 4 is the big date and add that Kylo Ren is featured on the new toys' packaging.
- Domnhall Gleeson says The Force Awakens was, unsurprisingly, "the most secrecy I’ve had to work with."
