Filoni: Two TCW Bonus Content Story Arcs Are 'Really, Really Important' To The Series

Posted by Eric on December 19, 2013 at 04:11 PM CST

In the final part of his interview with The Official Star Wars Blog, Star Wars: The Clone Wars supervising director Dave Filoni discussed the forthcoming bonus content for the series and promised big things from two sets of episodes.

"Two story arcs that fans will get to see are really, really important for the overall Clone Wars story," Filoni said, "so I’m very glad that fans will get to see them in their completed form."

Filoni also mentioned the Yoda story arc, which he said "definitely gives a sense of closure." But the two major story arcs aren't the entirety of the bonus content. Filoni also teased a third arc "which is very short, is not essential to the overall story but it is a nice final showcase for one of the prequel characters."

"The stories coming out definitely will cause a lot of debate and discussion among fans," Filoni said. "I look forward to talking about the stories with them when the time is right."

As a reminder, Filoni announced in October that The Clone Wars bonus content is coming early next year.
