runDisney: Star Wars Half Marathon - The Dark Side Registration Begins Today
Whether you are new to running or a seasoned veteran, the Star Wars Half Marathon - The Dark Side Weekend is not to be missed and it's just one week after Star Wars Celebration Orlando taking place April 20-April 23, 2017.
Put on by runDisney, this is the second annual event being held at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, FL. Runners can look forward to a 5k which now includes an actual metal medal (previously it was rubber), a 10k and a Half Marathon. For those who want a bit more hardware, consider running the Dark Side Challenge which includes both the 10k & Half Marathon with a bonus medal!
Also, don't forget about the exclusive merchandise. Each year, runDisney produces some pretty amazing race themed products that are available to pick up during the Expo including shirts, jackets, hats, pins, cups, magnets and more.
