"With the release of The Dark Times Star Wars gaming miniatures today from Wizards of the Coast, collectors will not only enjoy the addition of 40 new figures broadening Wizards' already expansive line of gaming figures, but also three stunning new Star Wars character portraits courtesy of artist Terese Nielsen.
Nielsen, who has been providing the packaging artwork for Wizards' Star Wars series since 2007 (see our earlier coverage here), captivates collectors and art aficionados once more with her stylized portrayal of the saga's more memorable denizens. We asked the artist a few questions about her portrait illustrations for The Dark Times, and how the artwork has evolved from previous entries in the Star Wars gaming figure series:"
