Verizon Droid Meets Star Wars Posted By TFN on November 7, 2009  With the recent release of the new Verizon Droid cell phone, the MTV Movies Blog site provides a "comparison piece" of the phone's features to our favorite droid duo from the Star Wars universe. See the excerpt from the article below: "The Verizon Droid can connect to the Internet, which gives you access to a whole host of useful information from around the globe. But with your very own 3PO model, you could not only access all of that same information, you'd also have better storage space thanks to the droid's AA-1 VerboBrain. In some cases, you'd even be able to take advantage of the droid's TranLang III Communicator module, which allows for fluency in six million different forms of communication.
