The Ultimate Fanboys Contest

As previously reported, The Weinstein Company is launching a contest where you the fan can win a walk on role in the upcoming film Fanboys. There's a special website just for the contest at www.fanboyscontest.com that goes over all the rules and guidelines. Here's a quick look...

"HOW THE CONTEST WORKS: Shoot a video showing us why you are the ultimate Star Wars fan. Be yourself. Be funny. Be creative.

SUBMIT: Upload the video to dailymotion.com through this site or directly at fanboys.dailymotion.com, and return to Dailymotion to vote for your favorite video.

WINNER: The ten videos with the most votes will go on to the semi-finals. The producers of the film will pick the winning entry.

THE WINNER WILL RECEIVE: A walk on role as an extra in the actual movie! And if that isn't enough, your entry will be included in the special features of the DVD and promoted on the FANBOYS official website!"

So get those cameras rollin' and be sure to submit your best three minutes on why you are the ULTIMATE FANBOY and win a walk on role in FANBOYS, in theaters nationwide January 2008!
