The Episode III Heroes & Villains Collection

Posted By Curto on March 23, 2006

In case you missed them last year, Hasbro is bringing back their own "dirty dozen" favorites from the Revenge of the Sith basic figures assortment. The figures and accessories are all old, but the cardbacks and numbering are new for The Episode III Heroes & Villains Collection.

The 12 figures that make up this "Greatest Hits" line include the following:

Darth Vader 1 of 12
Giving up everyone and everything he cares about, Anakin falls to the dark side. Encased in the black armor that will come to strike fear throughout the galaxy, he is no longer Anakin Skywalker - he is now Darth Vader.

Anakin Skywalker 2 of 12
Anakin is now a full Jedi Knight and his heroic feats have made him a hero throughout the Republic. He is lured to the dark side of the Force by promises of unlimited power.

Yoda 3 of 12
The wise Jedi Master Yoda leads the Republic's clone army into battle on the Wookiee world of Kashyyyk. He is assisted in this fateful mission by mighty Wookiee warriors Chewbacca and Tarfful.

Commander Bacara 4 of 12
Commander Bacara is a clone commander who works alongside General Ki-Adi-Mundi against the Separatist droid armies on the planet Mygeeto. Though he fights beside the Jedi, his ultimate loyalty is to the Republic and its Supreme Chancellor.

Clone Trooper 5 of 12
Equipped for all terrains and environments, the genetically engineered clone troopers combat the relentless droid armies of the Separatists. They are led into battle by the Jedi, who serve as Generals during the Clone Wars.

Clone Pilot (Shadow Pilot) 6 of 12
Clone trooper pilots are specially trained for the skills needed to fly attack and troop ships. As part of the Grand Army of the Republic, the clone pilots engage the Separatist forces across the galaxy.

Chewbacca 7 of 12
The Wookiee warrior Chewbacca battles beside fellow warrior Tarfful to save their home planet from the invading Separatist forces. Yoda leads the courageous fight to save Kashyyyk from domination.

Obi-Wan Kenobi 8 of 12
Obi-Wan Kenobi goes to the volcanic lava planet of Mustafar to confront Anakin Skywalker, who has fallen to the dark side. The two friends are now fierce enemies and face off in a climactic lightsaber duel.

General Grievous 9 of 12
The supreme commander of the droid armies is tracked to Utapau by Obi-Wan Kenobi. A powerful combination of droid and alien, Grievous is a formidable fighter, and ultimately confronts the Jedi in single combat.

Mace Windu 10 of 12
Mace Windu is a courageous fighter and respected member of the Jedi Council. In a desperate attempt to save the galaxy, Mace leads a daring confrontation against Supreme Chancellor Palpatine.

R2-D2 11 of 12
The fiesty droid R2-D2 is assigned to serve Anakin Skywalker in the Clone Wars. Seated in the droid socket of Anakin's Jedi starfighter, R2-D2 is witness to dramatic events that will change the galaxy.

Destroyer Droid 12 of 12
Destroyer Droids are designed for one purpose only; the complete annihilation of their targets. With twin blasters and protective shields, they are a deadly threat to Republic forces.
