THX-1138 Closes Oakland Film Festival

Darth Daevlyn just wanted to let everyone know that George Lucas' first film, "THX-1138" will be part of the closing night ceremonies at the Oakland International Film Festival. The OIFF runs from October 17-24 and will be held primarily at the beautiful Grand Lake Theater in Oakland, California. "THX-1138" will be shown on Thursday, October 24th as part of "Filmmaker Firsts: A Night of Inspiration," the official title for the closing night ceremonies. The evening will also include first films by David O. Russell, Robert Zemeckis, and Spike Lee..
