View Poll Archives Star Wars Saga On DVD Posted By Dustin on November 4, 2008 From Starwars.com: "Returning to store shelves on November 4th are the six episodes of the Star Wars saga on DVD bundled in convenient trilogy sets. Perfect for gift-giving as the holidays approach, the Prequel Trilogy set includes Episodes I-III, while the Star Wars Trilogy includes Episodes IV-VI." This is the same set that has been released before, just new packaging in bundled form. I was hoping to have a reason to buy a Blu-ray DVD player this year, looks like we'll have to keep on waiting. UPDATE: Our friend Justin sent over the following regarding the DVD's being released early at Target: "What luck - the Target store by my job had the new OT and PT DVD sets out for sale today at $39.99 each! They even had the "Available 11/4/08" banner heading over the shelving display!" Congrats to Justin on his early find and best of luck to the rest of you if you happen to be doing a bit of shopping this weekend.
