On "Dark Angel" (fox) the character of Max mentions to another character that someone is willing to pay top-dollar for Star Wars: Episode-7. She says they shut down production when the pulse hit. I thought it was pretty funny.

On the TV show Dark Angel tonight(9 pm eastern), there was a reference about Star Wars Episode 7. There are supposed to be only one copy left locked in a vault. All the others had disappeared during a terrorist attack that killed off all the technology. The show is set in the future, so I don't know if the writers are implying that SW 7 was made and only one was left.

I don't normally watch "Dark Angel," but I happened to surf upon it tonight and there was a reference to the Star Wars Saga. Max needed to get some cash, so she asked Alec to help her steal some film. She explained to him that they were going to aquire the only footage shot pre-pulse of Star Wars: Episode Seven. Alec responded "That's the one where Captain Kirk dies, right?" She replied, "Yeah, I think so."

Just wanted to let you know that there was an amusing mention of Star Wars: Episode 7!! during tonight's episode of Dark Angel. Max had to raise some quick money, so she decided to steal the footage from the unfinshed Ep 7 from the Fox Vault. When asked what her motive behind the theft was, Max replied: "This stuff deserves to be seen." I couldn't agree more. : )
