Star Wars Lightsabers Amongst Biggest Sellers This Holiday Season

Star Wars lightsabers are expected to be one of the best selling toys this Holiday Season, according to the PlayDate 2002 Best Sellers Lists:

At the fourth annual media showcase, PlayDate Inc. unveiled the results of its exclusive retailer poll. More than two dozen retailers participated in the survey, including Sears, KB Toys, Toys 'R' Us, FAO, Inc., eToys, Electronics Boutique, GameStop, Imaginarium, Funcoland and numerous specialty stores from across the country.

Star Wars made the Top 10 on two of PlayDate's lists:

Best Selling Toys Overall

Star Wars Lightsabers [Hasbro]

Best Selling Brand Families

Star Wars [Hasbro et al]
