Star Wars At TVParty Posted By Mike on July 17, 2008 Our friend John Tenuto sent over the following: "The excellent website TV Party has two Star Wars inspired articles. One is a an excellent article about Archie Goodwin and Al Williamson, whose art inspired George Lucas' designs of Star Wars. Goodwin and Williamson would eventually collaborate on the Star Wars Marvel comics. Many fans have fond memories of TESB and ROTJ comic book adaptations. There is an audio discussion between Goodwin and Williamson featured at TV Party from 1988. Goodwin passed away some years ago, and unfortunately Williamson is now battling Alzheimer's. According to site, Goodwin is getting a "Finger Award" at this year's San Diego Comic Con. It is an award, named for Batman co-creator Bill Finger, designed to honor unsung heroes of comics.
