"The final frontier of space is coming to Delaware.
The Central Ohio Symphony will reach beyond central Ohio and Delaware County into the far corners of the universe with a week-long celebration of space beginning Monday and culminating in two concerts on Feb. 28 and March 1 in Gray Chapel on the Ohio Wesleyan University campus.
The concerts will be a first for the symphony in that they will each be choreographed to a space-themed video. The orchestra, under the direction of Jaime Morales-Matos, will perform the ?Star Wars Suite? by John Williams and ?The Planets? by Gustav Holst.
?We have never done anything like this before,? said Warren W. Hyer, executive director of the COS. ?We decided we wanted to become more involved and more apart of the community.?
The Feb. 28 and March 1 concerts will be held at 3 p.m. both days. Ticket prices are $20 for adults, $17 for seniors, $6 for students, and $4 for children 6-and-under."

UPDATE: Apparently response to the event has been out of this world! (Get it?) Anyhoo, it seems a second performance has been added for Saturday, February 28th. Click here for details!
Rebelscum Breast Cancer Awareness Charity Patch Posted By Philip on November 25, 2014: Thanks to everybody that ordered patches. I sent a check for $1,600.00 to the National Breast Cancer Foundation on Monday. While it's not as much as I hoped for, it's still very much appreciated. They will remain for sale in the store for anybody that still wishes to purchase them. Details after the jump.
