Rumor Alert: Star Wars Battlefront Online

Oh, future console version of Star Wars Battlefront. How you mock us with your, it might happen - it's gonna happen - it got cancelled, revolving status. The latest rumor from the franchise comes from Kotaku who reports on the possible development of Star Wars Battlefront Online for the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. Possibly due out in 2011, this online-only incarnation of the game is said to be in pre-production through LucasArts and Slant Six Games. Star Wars Battlefront Online may or may not be the source of recently leaked photos and similar rumors. Who knows at this point?
