Report From 2nd Star Tours Preview Event

Disney's Star Tours II sneak peek events continued yesterday at the Orange Park Mall in Jacksonville, Florida. TFN reader "Gretchen & Caribou" wrote in with this summary.

"On April 30th, Disney's mall tour to promote the re-launch of the Star Tours 3-D attraction stopped at Orange Park Mall near Jacksonville, FL. The set up was a circular area that allowed fans to visit and get pictures with Princess Minnie, Jedi Mickey, and R2-D2 and C-3PO. You were also able to pick up your own pair of Disney Star Tours Preview Mickey Ears and have your picture taken for a postcard from one of four destinations that Star Tours may take you to. There was even a video that played the Star Tours ad that was first shown at Celebration V and a sample of what it would be like to be in the Boonta Eve Podrace on Tatooine. We even got to meet Bree, a Star Tours travel agent.

If you have the ability to make it to any of the other stops on the mall tour, it's worth it. If you can't, hopefully these pictures will provide some idea of what's happening at these events. Looking forward to boarding a flight starting on May 20th."
