"Provision Holding (OTCBB: PVHO), a leading purveyor of intelligent interactive 3D holographic display technologies, began trading this week after a reverse merger, and in advance of some significant U.S. retail installations. Provision's innovative technologies, software and integrated solutions are designed for both commercial and consumer focused applications. The company's dramatic holographic solutions draw extraordinary attention, provide additional revenue streams and increase retail sales in the rapidly growing $1.2 billion digital signage market.
"We have been a well-kept secret in the United States," said Curt Thornton, President and CEO of Provision. "We are thrilled to be bringing our technology to U.S. customers after so many successes abroad, just as we gain our new status as a U.S. public company."
Provision has developed and patented its revolutionary technology that projects full color, high resolution 3D holographic video into space, detached from the screen, without any special glasses. The closest analogy to this technology can be seen in science fiction motion pictures such as "Star Wars"(TM) and "Minority Report,"(TM) where objects and humans are depicted through full-motion holograms."
