THE STAR WARS 30th ANNIVERSARY COLLECTION

Corgi International Celebrates a Landmark Year for Star Wars Fans with an Incredible Line of Authentic Movie Prop Collectibles from Master Replicas
It began quietly on the morning of May 25, 1977. An unusual and difficult to market movie, plagued by budget and filming troubles, was released to theatres, where it would likely play for a few weeks and fade into obscurity.
Thirty years later, it’s hard to imagine American popular culture without it.
To mark the 30th Anniversary of this entertainment milestone, Master Replicas is proud unveil a line of authentic prop replicas and collectibles that both celebrates the original trilogy and pays homage to the legacy of the entire Star Wars Saga.
New for 2007, collectors can look forward to…

FORCE FX LIGHTSABERS - The only certified official Lightsaber replicas of the iconic props used in the Star Wars films.
For 2007, three new Force FX Lightsabers come on board, joining the Mace Windu, Darth Maul, and Obi-Wan Force FX Lightsabers as part of the Master Replicas’ growing collection. Just in time to celebrate the 30th Anniversary of Episode IV: A New Hope, Master Replicas will roll out two Force FX Lightsabers featured in this landmark original film:
Luke Skywalker Episode IV Force FX Lightsaber
Darth Vader Episode IV Force FX Lightsaber

And rounding out the line for 2007 is the highly-anticipated:
Yoda Force FX Lightsaber

As with all of Master Replicas’ Force FX Lightsabers, the three new releases feature:
  • The sturdy blade is permanently attached to the hilt
  • Durable metal hilt looks and feels like a real Lightsaber
  • Features motion sensor controlled sounds: idle, hum, swing, and clash
  • Authentic Lightsaber sound effects digitally recorded from the movie
  • A bright, glowing blade that ignites with realistic power-up and power-down light effect

STUDIO SCALE REPLICAS – Absolutely incredible limited edition replicas created directly from the models or miniatures used in the actual filming of the Star Wars films
Fans have been chomping at the bit to find out what Master Replicas will announce as a follow-up to 2006’s ground-breaking Millennium Falcon Studio Scale Replica. Now, joining the coveted ranks of past Master Replicas releases like the AT-AT Imperial Walker and Rebel Snowspeeder Studio Scales, fans can clear some shelf space for:
Rebel X-Wing, Red 5 Studio Scale Replica
Boba Fett’s Slave One Studio Scale Replica

    Both Studio Scale Replicas feature:
Dimensions and geometry taken from the actual studio miniature
  • Dimensions and geometry taken from the actual studio miniature
  • Internal metal armature to ensure long term structural integrity
  • Quality resin and injection molded ABS construction
  • Authentic paint scheme
  • Custom, museum-quality mirrored display base
  • Prop story, numbered edition plaque and Certificate of Authenticity

SCALED REPLICAS – or “Minis” as the Collecting Community has affectionately nicknamed them, are highly affordable, completely authentic prop replicas that have been scaled down to a smaller size.
For 2007, Master Replicas has taken a new direction with scaled replicas, and turned its attention from the weapons of the Star Wars Universe to some of the iconic helmets. Look forward to Scaled Replica helmets, including:
    Clone Trooper Helmet Scaled Replica
TIE Fighter Pilot Helmet Scaled Replica
    Stormtrooper Helmet Scaled Replica

    Luke Skywalker’s X-wing Helmet

All Master Replicas scaled helmets feature:

HELMETS – For many Star Wars aficionados, the coolest things in the films aren’t the ships, or the weapons, or even the Imperial Walkers. Nope – for lots of folks, the hands-down winners are those awesome helmets. Big, bad and bold, Star Wars helmets are the stuff of legends. And now, thanks to Master Replicas, aspiring Stormtroopers and Bounty Hunters alike can share in the magic, with fully beautifully crafted helmet replicas created to exacting standards of accuracy and authenticity.

    2007’s Helmet releases include:
212th Attack Battalion Helmet Limited Edition
Boba Fett Helmet Limited and Signature Edition
Luke Skywalker X-wing Helmet Limited Edition
    Imperial Stormtrooper Helmet Limited Edition
Clone Commander Gree Helmet Limited Edition – Collectors Society Exclusive!

Each helmet replica features a padded interior and lenses formed from see-through tinted plastic. Also included: a custom display stand, plaque, and certificate of authenticity.

LIMITED EDITION – When Master Replicas says Limited Edition, they mean it: Once production on the product is complete, Master Replicas will never go back and re-produce the item. Not this year, not next year – not any time within the life of the company.

To celebrate Star Wars 30th Anniversary, Master Replicas is introducing a memorable collection of truly limited edition replicas. Each comes with a custom display case, numbered plaque, and certificate of authenticity and has been copied directly from the original prop from the Lucasfilm Ltd. archive.
