Our friend Eddie, who supplied us with the information in Adrick's initial post has stumbled across some contradictory information regarding the author for the upcoming Scholastic Rebel Force series.

From Eddie:

"Barnes & Noble now has links up for Rebel Force books 1 & 2, and they are credited to Robin Wasserman, so I guess the Alex Wheeler-name was an alias after all... They are both scheduled for January 2009 (Scholastic has been known to release 2 books of a new series at the same time from time to time...)

UPDATE: Well, now it seems as if Barnes & Noble have changed their Rebel Force listings to show Alex Wheeler as the author.
