NJOE.com has spotted that the Random House website is now featuring a rather lengthy excerpt from Chapter 1 of Paul S. Kemp's upcoming novel, Crosscurrent. We've been aware that the novel will center on Jedi Knight Jaden Korr while tying-in, in some way, to the Great Hyperspac War. Though Kemp previously posted a rough excerpt on his LiveJournal, this new scene from the novel should definitely get your speculation machines up and running. Don't worry if you suffer from a severe case of spoiler phobia as we won't post the excerpt here. On the otherhand, if during your tenure of Star Wars reading, you've managed to develope enough spoiler antibodies, then by all means click here.

Crosscurrent arrives in bookstores on January 26, 2010.
