Natalie Portman To Star In Clouds

Natalie Portman is keeping herself busy with yet another movie role. Variety reports:

HOLLYWOOD (Variety) - Natalie Portman (news) and Penelope Cruz (news) have been set to star with up-and-comer Jay Rodan in "Head in the Clouds," which will begin filming in December in Montreal.

The pre-WWII epic romance concerns a young Cambridge student (Rodan) and a budding fashion photographer (Portman). Their relationship is severed when he heads to Spain to fight fascism, and they are reunited later as she puts her life on the line for him. Cruz plays a gypsy friend of the photographer who figures in the intrigue.
