Star Wars artist Joe Coroney and members of the 501st will be in Hilliard, Ohio for the Packrat Comics Anniversary Celebration this weekend. Here is the press release.

"Packrat's Anniversary Celebration

We are pleased to announce that on February 3, 2007 Packrat Comics will have none other than the world famous WWF Heavyweight Wrestling Champion The Iron Sheik for a special guest appearance to help us celebrate in style our anniversary. In addition we will also have an artist alley with such talented individuals as Joe Corroney, Josh Medors, Andy Bennett, Sean Forney, Stratos, Daryl Banks, JD Larabee, Seth Lyons, and M.A.D. and many more.

The Iron Sheik will be here from 1-4pm for augtographs. The cost of an autograph will be $15 for an 8x10 photo of the Shiek and up to 2 additional items you that you bring (i.e. action figure).

The 501st has agreed to security detail - so come get your picture taken with a stormtrooper, jedi or maybe, if we're lucky, Darth Vader. As many of you know when we hold a party of this magnitude we rent additional space to accommodate everyone. And of course free food and entertainment (provided by Stratos) for all will be provided.
