Harrison Ford to Receive Award

The Aspen Times tells us that Harrison Ford will be present and accept an award at an upcoming ceremony in the area. Check it out:

Longtime talk-show host Dick Cavett will conduct an onstage interview with movie star Harrison Ford at Aspen Filmfest 2006 later this month. Filmfest will present Ford, the star of three "Star Wars" films and three "Indiana Jones" movies, with its Independent by Nature Award on Sept. 30 at the Wheeler Opera House. The event, which includes the interview and a reel of clips from Ford's films, will be followed by a dinner at The Little Nell to benefit Aspen Filmfest.
