The Nerd World blog at Time.com is highlighting a fantastic Flickr slideshow that takes fans back to a time before the prequels, before the EU resurgence and before The Clone Wars film or series. No disrespect to the more recent incarnations of our favorite franchise but it's just nice to look back on the childlike fun and awe that many of us remember fondly and that created the love that endures today.
