The Force points us to Extra TV where you can find a new article about their excitement over Star Wars and other movie toys:
Toy expert Jennifer Newman showed "Extra" around New York?s giant play land known as Toy Fair 2002 and gave us the inside scoop on this year's hottest playthings. Jennifer says, "It's the year of the sequel."
With sequels for "Men In Black," "Star Wars," "Stuart Little," and "Star Trek" coming out this year, movie studios and toy stores are hoping to cash in those merchandising dollars for the second time. Jennifer says, "That product is really hot right now because the first movies we're so powerful, and they're really banking on the second movie."
With movie toys ranging from the old staples like action figures to talking aliens and the all-too-real R2-D2 personal robot, it seems big screen toy sales could be twice as nice this time around.
Rebelscum Breast Cancer Awareness Charity Patch Posted By Philip on November 25, 2014: Thanks to everybody that ordered patches. I sent a check for $1,600.00 to the National Breast Cancer Foundation on Monday. While it's not as much as I hoped for, it's still very much appreciated. They will remain for sale in the store for anybody that still wishes to purchase them. Details after the jump.
