Ewan McGregor is to take to the skies in a bid to help support terminally ill children.
He plans to take a seat in a RAF Tornado jet piloted by his brother, Flight Lieutenant Colin McGregor.
The actor is attempting a fly-past, 500ft over Rachel House, Scotland's only children's hospice, in Kinross, Perthshire.
McGregor, originally from Crieff, Perthshire, is due to reach speeds of up to 620mph when he makes the flight, weather-permitting, on Thursday.
Rebelscum Breast Cancer Awareness Charity Patch Posted By Philip on November 25, 2014: Thanks to everybody that ordered patches. I sent a check for $1,600.00 to the National Breast Cancer Foundation on Monday. While it's not as much as I hoped for, it's still very much appreciated. They will remain for sale in the store for anybody that still wishes to purchase them. Details after the jump.
