Formula 51 marks Jackson's fourth movie this year, on the heels of Changing Lanes, Star Wars: Episode II--Attack of the Clones and XXX.

He's currently training with firearms for next year's S.W.A.T., in which he stars alongside Colin Farrell and Michelle Rodriguez. And that's only one of the three movies he has slated for next year. He's also teaming with John Travolta for the military mystery Basic, then with Ashley Judd for Blackout, a serial-killer thriller.

In the rare moments when Jackson's not working somewhere in the world, he's on a golf course, a pastime he shares with his 51 character and one of the reasons he took the role. A hard-core family man, he shares Roseanne's sprawling former mansion with his wife of 22 years, LaTanya Richardson, and their daughter, Zoe, when she's home from Vassar.
