darkjedijef sends in info on how to access the easter egg on the Clone Wars: Volume 1 DVD:

If you go under the "options" menu for audio, enter 1138, you'll see the Van Ling DVD menu credits!

UPDATE:

You may have to do it as follows:

Enter 11, Enter, 3, Enter, 8, Enter.
