Andrew Nelson At San Jose Toy Fair Posted By Mike on November 30, 2007 Our friend, Theo B, ("Darth Huxtable") sent us the following: "My friend who is a toy dealer asked me to come help him at the San Jose Super Toy Show tomorrow (Saturday December 1st) in San Jose, CA. I went to the convention's website and found out that C. Andrew Nelson (aka - Darth Vader from the Special Edition, games, commercials, etc.) is going to be a guest at this show. Here's the website... http://www.timetunneltoys.com/toyshow.html I heard your Force-Cast with Nelson which was awesome (one of the best so far) and I got to see him at the Con-X-treme show earlier this year in San Jose (thanks to a TF.N news item). He was the coolest of the cool! He spent a lot of time talking to all the fans, answering questions, giving advice about special effects & animation (his other career), and is genuinely a nice person who has done a lot with Star Wars. I'm stoked to meet him again and thought other Star Wars fans would want to know about this convention also. I saw that TF.N posted something the other day about Nelson lecturing at SFSU and was totally bummed that I missed out on going to that. Now it looks like I'll see him after all.
