According to Mark Hamill's official web site the Star Wars lengend will be appearing at Celebration Europe on July 13th &14th.

All attendees should feel blessed as they will be able to experience the utter joy of meeting Luke Skywalker in the flesh, an experience which eluded Celebration IV visitors in the U.S.

STAR WARS CELEBRATION EUROPE To Host Visit from Mark Hamill

Renowned Actor to Greet Fans and Sign Autographs During Europe’s Biggest STAR WARS Party at ExCeL London


LONDON (6 July 2007) – Actor Mark Hamill, whose portrayal of Luke Skywalker in the Star Wars™ Saga has captured the imagination of generations of fans, will appear at STAR WARS CELEBRATION EUROPE, the biggest Star Wars party Europe has ever seen, to be held 13-15 July at ExCeL London. Hamill, whose acting career has encompassed scores of appearances in movies and television shows as well as critically acclaimed appearances on Broadway, will help mark the 30th anniversary of the Star Wars Saga during the first official Star Wars event to be held outside of the U.S.

“This is shaping up to be one of the most extraordinary Celebrations we’ve ever had,” said Steve Sansweet, head of fan relations for Lucasfilm Ltd. “We couldn’t be more pleased that Mark will help us celebrate this milestone in Star Wars history, joining other Star Wars celebrities like Ian McDiarmid, Billy Dee Williams and Anthony Daniels. CELEBRATION EUROPE will also include special previews of new Star Wars entertainment, plus events for the entire family to enjoy together, which we hope will make it an unforgettable weekend for fans of all ages.”

Hamill will sign autographs in the CELEBRATION EUROPE Autograph Hall on Friday and Saturday only. Due to the expected high demand, a virtual queuing system will be implemented to keep lines to a minimum, but availability and time will be limited.

Hours of operation for STAR WARS CELEBRATION EUROPE are 10:00 to 18:00 on Friday and Saturday, 13th and 14th July, and from 10:00 to 17:00 on Sunday, 15th July. In addition, members of the Official Star Wars Fan Club will have an hour of exclusive access prior to opening, from 9:00 each morning.

Tickets to STAR WARS CELEBRATION EUROPE are ₤21 per adult for a one-day pass or ₤57 per adult for admission for the full three days. Children’s admission is ₤10.50 for a one-day pass and ₤28.50 for three days. Tickets can be purchased online at http://www.seetickets.com (simply enter “Star Wars” in the search bar on the home page) or in person at ExCeL Centre from 13th July.
