Boy With Cancer Gets Special SW Birthday

See the following update sent in to us by Jenny B. concerning a courageous 10-year old boy named Kyle Pierson from Coon Rapids, Minnesota who is battling a form of cancer known as neuroblastoma.

"The Central Garrison and Central base of the 501st & Rebel Legion along with the Minnesota Force came together on short (5 day) notice to make this boys 'early' birthday. He is dying of cancer. It was a great event, Dave Terres (the dark haired Jedi) even gave the boy his lightsaber when the boy asked if he could have a 'real' lightsaber."
