Yes, the release date for this amazing piece is planned for end 2009. The droid is in production and will be limited to 750 copies worldwide.

Why is there so much delay on this statue?
We made several different prototypes for manufacturers but they massively refused or abandoned at early stages of the production process. To be honest, we did not expect it and some manufacturers proposed to simplify and reduce the details, especially regarding the legs of the Probe Droid. For sure we did not want to approve these modifications"
