501st Tournament Of Roses Patch On eBay

Here's the description -

"Designed and produced by Lucasfilm Ltd. for the lucky participants in the "STAR WARS Spectacular" entry in this year's Tournament of Roses Parade, this patch has been made available only to marchers from the 501st Legion, members of the Grambling State University marching band and to a select number of Lucasfilm employees.

As one of those employees, I am putting my patch up for bid in an effort to raise funds for the AIDS Emergency Fund & Breast Cancer Emergency Fund. Your ENTIRE bid (except for seller's fees) will go toward this wonderful charity as part of a company-wide fundraising effort at Lucasfilm Ltd.

Bid now to take home this fantastic Star Wars collectible, which will never again be produced and is exceedingly rare ... and know that you will also be helping a fabulous cause!

(Note that the image used on this listing is not of the actual patch, which is in completely pristine condition, but the artwork used to create the patch. The actual patch, of course, has an embroidered look and feel. Also, for payment purposes, a cashier's check or money order is preferred; I will deduct seller's costs from the check, so it should be made out to me. However, payment with personal check is acceptable, but there will be a five-day waiting period before the item will be sent.)"

Rebelscum Breast Cancer Awareness Charity Patch

Thanks to everybody that ordered patches. I sent a check for $1,600.00 to the National Breast Cancer Foundation on Monday. While it's not as much as I hoped for, it's still very much appreciated. They will remain for sale in the store for anybody that still wishes to purchase them. Details after the jump.
