30th Anniversary Star Wars Celebration In Peru

From the Public Relations department of the Star Wars Rebellion Peru Cultural Association:

"Star Wars Rebellion Peru, a Cultural Association, joining the various worldwide celebrations for the first 30 years of Star Wars, has organized a commemorative event for the fans and public in general, which will take place on the 25, 26 and 27th of May at �Asociaci�n Cristiana de J�venes� (known worldwide as YMCA, or �La Guay� here) , located at Bol�var Avenue, 635 - Pueblo Libre, with free admission.

During these 3 days, people will be able to witness: live entertainment, a Star Wars complete presentation: ships, videogames, books, costumes, action figures and dioramas (our main attraction) as well as Lightsaber battle demonstrations.

Also, modeling, drawing and trading card tournaments will take place among the visitors who choose to participate, plus lots of raffles which will give them the chance to win official merchandising.

It�s important to point out that this event will be held in parallel to the official Star Wars Celebration IV on Los Angeles (United States, May 24-28th) where, for the first time, all the movies from this magical Saga will be celebrated, gathering an estimated of 35 000 fans from around the world."
