Yummy Star Wars: Veggie Empire

We love us some veggie carvings and this go 'round our friend Oki in Japan provides a bit of a tribute to The Empire Strikes Back. Behold Snowspeeder Luke (sweet potato and carrot) and his good friend the Wampa (Japanese white raddish). Click on the images for full views of the carvings.
