"During the autumn of 2007, I taught a class called "Introduction to Sociology: Star Wars Edition" at the College of Lake County, Grayslake, Illinois. There was a great deal of press attention, including WGN TV and the Pioneer Press of the Sun Times. Photographer Rob Dicker, himself a Star Wars fan, took pictures of the class for a photo essay on my students.

The January 2008 edition of the Pioneer Press listed this as one of the Best Photos of the Year.
