Purchase, N.Y., - Pepsi-Cola's soda-loving spokesalien returns (today) in another 30-second spot promoting the soft drink maker's tie-in with the latest Star Wars movie.
In round two, the four-armed alien uses Pepsi-Cola's 24 limited-edition cans sporting characters from "Star Wars: Episode I -- The Phantom Menace" to act out the movie for an unsuspecting date.
The earth girl, however, is unimpressed and leaves Marfalump alone with his Pepsi.
Marfalump was conceived by Star Wars creator George Lucas's Industrial Light and Magic company, and the spots were developed by BBDO-New York.
Pepsi-Cola parent Pepsi Co Inc. has exclusive soft drink promotional rights for the movie.
