New Closing Dates For Star Tours 1.0 Posted By Eric on May 13, 2010
The Star Tours rides at Disneyland and Walt Disney World resorts will be closing earlier than expected, according to a new Disney Parks blog post. Disney's Thomas Smith announced today that the ride will close at Disneyland Park on July 27th and at Disney's Hollywood Studios on September 8th. The ride will be re-opened at both parks in 2011 after a "re-imagining."
