Star Wars Fan Awards At ICON-27

Sure to be the most fun you will ever have at an awards show, the Star Wars Fan Awards is an entertaining and hilarious celebration of fandom in the form of on-stage and video presentations of comedy, music, films, and more. And yes, there will be awards, took forward to a wide range of serious and silly categories. Special guests include standup comedian and impersonator Dennis Carter, Jr as well as AeroSith, the Star Wars Parody Band. Hosted by renowned Long Island DJ Ken Deep, the show will be held at I-CON 27 on Saturday at 5 PM in Javits 101.

The Long Island Fan Force club Docking Bay 516 put on a successful Awards show at StoneyBrook NY's I-CON Convention this past weekend. Ray Park and Daniel Logan were on hand to recieve awards. Dennis Carter Jr performed his standup act "Star Wars Characters road Trip" and AeroSith: The Star Wars Parody band provided live-on-stage entertainment. It was a fun celebration of Star Wars Fandom.

2. Favorite Star Wars-themed dessert � Han Shot First Cake - Pittsburgh (accepted award in person)

5. Best The Force.net banner in the northeast � Long Island Docking Bay 516 (accepted award in person)

7. Most creative Northeast Fan Force club name � Washington DC Galactic Senate (accepted award in person)
8. Favorite Programming track at I-CON 27 presented to "Fun Stuff" Cindy, George, and John (accepted award in person)
