On Saturday, June 24, Chicago Force will join the Greater Chicago Food Depository's Hunger Walk. This annual event raises money for this city's food pantries, soup kitchens, and shelters, feeding half a million people a year. Come on out and help those in need.

Hunger Walk 2006's 2.5-mile walk starts at Montrose Harbor, 4400 N. Lake Shore Drive. The GCFD asks for a donation of $20 for adults and $8 for children 6-17. No donation is required for those 5 or younger. All walkers receive a goodie bag, t-shirt, and snacks. Registration begins at 8:00 A.M.;step-off is at 9:30 A.M. We will meet at the coffee tent.
