Star Wars Chile celebrates 30 years of Star Wars

[b]Starwarschile[/b] the aptly named Chapter Representative of the Star Wars Chile FanForce, proudly announced the events the FanForce is planning these upcoming days in honor of Star Wars' 30th anniversary this past May. This includes Star Wars parties in Antofagasta, Santiago and Vi�a. The production of a fanfilm entitled "El Acecho de Vader" and an upcoming national Star Wars convention.

He also added that many local channels are airing Star Wars related programs, including Tele Canal, which is airing a panel discussion which includes the CR himself and Miguel Obillamor. Megavision is airing a special program called "Los Super Fans" profiling fans from all different genres.

ETC TV is airing "ENCHUFADOS" which announces contests and activites. LA RED is airing "ASI SOMOS" hosted by el Salfate. Finaliy channel 13 is airing "Los Fans" as part of the Bicentenario program, this segment is completely devoted to Star Wars Chile and its 12 years of history.

The CR is also proud to announce that the following outlets are or will be publishing editorials about Star Wars or Star Wars Chile.
