Belgian SW Fan Club Presents 50th Magazine Posted By Mike on December 13, 2009
See below for the following new from our friend Tim in Belgium:
"TeeKay-421vzw, the Belgian Star Wars Fanclub (vzw = a non-profit organization in Belgium), is proud to present its 50th TeeKay Magazine. To celebrate the release of this issue, ‘Star Wars’-artist Leah Mangue designed an exclusive and beautiful holiday card for all our members. You can have a look at Leah's design over here. (the card itself is released without the watermark).
TeeKay-421 was founded in 1997. Our magazine has – along with our website – always been one of the cornerstones of our fan club. It enables us to share the wonders of ‘Star Wars’ with our readers in Belgium and The Netherlands. The life, history and culture of the ‘Star Wars’-galaxy has always received a lot of attention in our magazine. We have published over 50 interviews with actors, crewmembers, authors and artists from the ‘Star Wars’-saga. Of course we never forget the (old and new) books, comics, games and merchandising that always keep ‘Star Wars’ alive. Last year we started to include PeeKay in our magazine, which are four pages of games, riddles, puzzles and etcetera, especially dedicated to our younger members. In the TeeKay Magazine we cover as much aspects as possible from the ‘Star Wars’-saga, including ‘behind-the-scenes’, background articles, news coverage and everything else that transpires in that galaxy far, far away…
