A Word from Steve Phelan
Co-Director of "THE FORMULA"

Well, it's been a long time coming, but it's finally here! Thanks the TheForce.Net and my co-director Chris Hanel, the final cut of The Formula is now compressed for web and ready for you to download! We lovingly call this version of the film THE FORMULA: ENRICHED. It's actually been done and in it's final condition for a little over a year now.

A part of me feels like I need to apologize for the old version of the movie. I literally finished that version hours before I took off for Williamstown, MA for the Summer of 2002. We had a quick test screening, I jotted down some notes, made some changes, and at 3am hit render and left. I didn't get to see that version of the film for about two months when it finally visited me in VHS form out at Williamstown.

When I watched it, I have to admit I was a little embarassed. Don't get me wrong, thought I graciously accept everyone's love for the movie, in my mind it simply was not finished. So when I got back from MA, I was bound and determined to clean The Formula up. I took a scene out here, added an extra one there, tightened up a few cuts, and sprinkled in a little surprise here in there. THIS IS THE FINAL CUT OF THE MOVIE. It's not flawless by any means, but for a first-round venture, I think we're all pretty proud of it... though quite frankly, Chris and I are tired of watching it.

Nevertheless, without further adieu, Chris and I invite you to download, sit back, and enjoy watching The Formula again for the first time. We present to you THE FORMULA: ENRICHED.
