a word from the director

A Word from Joe Monroe
Director of "KNIGHTQUEST"

February 2000

Well, we finally finished "trailer B". Like everything else it took a little time. This was not intended to be the second trailer, I wanted to wait until we were finished with the movie before putting it out, but since the film is taking longer than anticipated, I thought we would throw this together to give you something new to look at. So, to answer a question before it's asked, "Yes," Vader's line in the trailer is taken from TESB. But rest assured I am doing this for this trailer only. All of Vader's dialog in Knightquest is original and will be done by an actor. We still have a lot of cool shots and compositing to do. Trust me when I tell you these two trailers won't spoil the movie. Once the film is complete, there might be a "final" trailer. We'll see.

On another note, I think I have finally found someone to do the behind the scenes video. I just don't have the time to do that AND finish the film, so this is good news. We are also toying with the idea of doing 30 second commercials similar to the "One" spots done for Episode 1. The only difference will be ours will comprise footage not in the finished film. I'll send in updates as they happen.

I hope you enjoy the new footage. As always, we love to hear what you think, good or bad, so keep those e-mails coming.
