With the evolution of services like YouTube.com we will no longer be hosting Fanfilms on our servers at TheForce.net. However, we are always looking for great new content to feature in our Fanfilms section. If you are the director of your own Star Wars related Fanfilm, and would like it featured, please contact us for more information. Meanwhile we're archiving our older content below for future reference.
Retired Fanfilm Staff
Kurt Luther: aka MaxVeers (Lafayette, IN)
Like most fan film enthusiasts, Kurt was drawn into the hobby by his dual interests in filmmaking and the Star Wars universe. Kurt fights alongside Jeff Yankey as members of the 501st Legion Imperial costuming club. He enjoys watching movies, reading, writing, and playing video games when the Fan Films Forum members cut him a break. He is currently studying computer graphics at a university in the Midwest USA.
John Hudgens: aka TheRealFennShysa (Knoxville, TN)
John has made the fanfilms The Empire Strikes Quack, Crazy Watto, Darth Vader's Psychic Hotline, The Jedi Hunter, and Sith Apprentice, but spends his days working in promotions for a major WB Network affiliate. He has also produced promotional music videos for the hit TV series Babylon 5, as well as designed animations for the popular flightsim game Crimson Skies. He considers himself a major fan of The Trilogy, but wonders if rabid might be too strong a word; however, there's a rumor that he's also been wearing the same Star Wars belt buckle continuously since 1977.
Michael Scott: aka DorkmanScott (Hollywood, CA)
Michael has been involved with the fan films community since 2000 and may have been the first n00b to announce a "Feature Length Fan Film Trilogy." It has still not been completed. He has, however, been involved with many fanfilms hosted on TFN, including The 65th Sense, The Formula, Contract of Evil, some work on Revelations, and his collaboration with Ryan Wieber Ryan vs. Dorkman. Michael enjoys reading, writing, films and filmmaking, and lightsabers.
