A Word from Nate Craddock
Director of "SUPER CONSOLE WARS"

This started out as a pretty straightforward battle of the consoles, but when the recent generation of systems were released I got really tired of reading threads in the newsgroups focused soley on specs rather than games. So I figured that at least I could add a point to my parody, however obtuse it may be.

For now I'm just focusing on getting through A New Hope, but I do have a bunch of gags for what will eventually become The Gamepire Strikes Once Again, and Return of the Side-Scroller. Of course I can't forget the prequels that surround the formation of the Gamepire and how it took domination from the old board gaming republic, The Phantom Pixel, Release of the Clones, and whatever the last one will be called. Of course I'll probably be an old man by the time I get around to finishing those! :)

I want to thank everyone who's helped making this, in particular Sam Saulnier for the French translations, Keith Adler, Don Pavlish, Bob Kolk, Mathew Tschirgi, Clovis Dye, and of course Nintendo, Sega, Konami, Capcom, Sony, Microsoft, Rare, Namco, Mattel, Atari, UbiSoft, George Lucas, and all the others who I've drawn inspiration from.
